We will also take a series of radiographs (x-rays) to get a better look at your entire mouth. This allows our Doctors to check for dental decay, periodontal disease, and other oral health problems.
Our practice manager will discuss insurance and financing options with you. We will make every attempt to assist you in determining the best payment options so that cost is not a deterrent to completing dental care.
Our highest priority is your comfort, and any immediate issues that affect your comfort are addressed first. Second, we develop a treatment plan for any additional dental needs.
Bring To Your First Appointment:

- Identification (I.D. or Driver’s License)
- If you have a medical condition that requires pre-medication, please request a prescription prior to your appointment
- 4 required forms, as listed below
- Any radiographs (x-rays) taken by a previous dentist, if applicable
- A list of any medications you are taking
